Thank you for your interest in being an on-call contractor with Soar. We are looking for professionals that can assist hotels and event venues with task-specific needs, including day of and month of wedding coordinators.
These are perfect opportunities for those who are looking to further their career into our craft, those who may just want to get out and earn a little extra money on weekends, or even those who may have retired from our craft but want to still keep that fire going.
Contractors will be on call and can receive calls to be on a job anywhere from 8 months to 8 hours out.
Soar will do the leg work for you. We will check your availability and book you for jobs as they come about. Wedding couples may want to meet their professionals in advance, but after that, your work will come into play depending on the package they select.
Soar is dedicated to equality and a diverse team of professionals.
Please review the job descriptions below for details on what we are looking for in our professionals.
HOTEL & VENUE TASK-SPECIFIC CONTRACTORS

There will be no interaction with the meeting planner, therefore you will be provided with the detailed specs and create BEOs based on Soar’s specifications. as needed.
For those professionals doing pre-audit clean-ups, contractors will work off detailed instructions from the hotel or venue and “clean up” their respective systems in preparation for the audit. For Business Transient Sales Managers, you will be responsible for the RFP process, rate loading, and ensuring accuracy.
